Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) within 1-3 business days. We aim to ship same day.
Orders with priority shipping will be processed within 24 hours of receiving (excludes weekends and holidays).
Local Pickup
Local pickup will be ready within 2 hours or less at our warehouse in Hoffman Estates, IL. If you need a specific time for curbside pickup, please email info@modloungepapercompany.com
Returns
You may return an item for refund or exchange within thirty days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging, in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
ORDERING
Minimum opening order $150. Minimum reorder $100.
Our minimum order quantity ranges from 3-6 per design depending on the category.

TURN AROUND TIMES
We generally ship within 1-3 business days, aiming for same day where possible. Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Custom orders will require more time and shall be discussed on a case by case basis. Communication is key, so if we have a delay for any reason we will let you know immediately.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment must be collected in full before shipping. For custom orders, payment must be received before custom work begins.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
We use the Shopify platform for our wholesale website and use Stripe, Inc. to securely collect payments. We can also send an invoice for secure online payment processing.
Visa, MC, Amex accepted. We also use Shop, Venmo, Paypal and ApplePay for in person events.
You can also shop through Faire Wholesale for NET 30 or NET60 terms.
